I am Niemann Spears, and I am the owner of Spears Fitness, an online personal training and lifestyle coaching company that specializes in helping clients reach their dream physique! I have always enjoyed weightlifting and exercise, but I have discovered my passion of bodybuilding specifically, and have become thoroughly immersed. I am a nationally qualified bodybuilding champion in the NPC Men’s Super-Heavy Weight Division, and will continue to compete at the national level. My REAL passion though, is the life changing transformations that I am able to facilitate through my programs. Several of my clients were struggling to maintain a healthy weight most of their lives, and I have been able to see them thrive after losing the fat and keeping it off. A fundamental principal is improving their relationship with food. This is when I discovered just how much I enjoy helping everyday people look and feel their absolute best. When I coach someone, the physical transformations we see kick starts improvement across all other areas of their life. When you strengthen your foundation, every other aspect of the building becomes stronger as a result. Discipline being that foundation, helps clients take control and garner success in life. I want to help others take control and succeed in life. I have spent countless hours sharpening my tools by researching studies, human musculature, dietary practices, training routines and supplement protocols. I aim to continue learning and improving as this allows me to tailor the best outcomes when it comes to a physique and lifestyle transformation. When I work with clients, I like to build a relationship from the ground up.
